Questions clients ask before they hire us

These are the questions we get on almost every first call. If yours is not here, email us and we will answer it directly.

What kind of work do you take on?

Websites and web apps, brand identity, logo animation and motion, social and campaign design, product interfaces, SEO and AI automation. Most clients start with one project and grow into an ongoing partnership.

How do projects usually start?

With a free call. We ask about the business, the audience and the deadline, then send a written scope with fixed stages and a clear price, so there are no surprises halfway through.

How much does a project cost?

Our starting prices are published: packages and monthly retainers on the pricing page, and a starting price on every service page. After the first call you get a written price for your exact scope.

Do you work with clients outside the UAE?

Yes. We work remotely with clients worldwide, schedule calls in your timezone and keep everything written down, so the project never depends on being in the same room.

Who owns the design files and the code?

You do. Source files, repositories and media are delivered to your accounts, with documentation, at the end of the project.

Can you work with our existing brand?

Yes. Plenty of projects extend a brand rather than replace it: new pages, a new campaign, motion for an existing logo, or a build from designs you already have.

How fast can you turn around motion or campaign work?

Logo animation usually takes one to two weeks, and a campaign spot two to four. If you have a hard deadline, tell us on the first call and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. Every project includes a post-launch support window, and most clients move on to a monthly retainer for ongoing design, development and marketing work.
