Services

Engagements are governed by a written proposal and statement of work. Unless agreed otherwise, retainers run on an initial 90-day term followed by rolling monthly terms with 30 days written notice.

Payments

Fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Advertising spend is billed directly by the relevant platform and is not marked up by us.

Intellectual property

On full payment, deliverables created specifically for you transfer to you. Our underlying frameworks, processes, templates and tooling remain our property.

No guarantee of results

We apply proven practice and report honestly, but search and advertising platforms change constantly. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law
