E-commerce design agency for stores that never stop selling

Online stores need a constant stream of creative: launches, partner brands, seasonal sales, marketplace listings. We design and animate it on systems that keep up — for a baby and kids store in the UAE, product brands and marketplace sellers.

The problems

What slows retail brands down

The same handful of problems come up with almost every store we work with. Each one has a design answer.

  1. Volume without a system

New products arrive weekly and every post is designed from scratch, so the feed drifts and production never gets faster.

  2. Every slot is a different shape

A 3840×800 hero, a 600×140 mobile strip, a square post and a story all need the same promotion — and cropping one design into all of them cuts off the offer.

  3. Partner brands with their own rules

Each brand you stock has colors and guidelines, and they still have to sit inside your store’s look.

  4. Photos that cannot show everything

Fit, fabric, personalization and scale are hard to read in a still — the detail that decides the sale is missing.

  5. Judged at thumbnail size

On marketplaces, shoppers compare you with competitors in a grid of small images, before they read a word.

In depth

01

What we have made for retail

Most of our retail work is for BabyStore.ae, a baby and kids store in the UAE whose catalog runs from formula and wipes to strollers, ride-on cars and playhouses. For them we built a 1200×628 sale-banner layout that holds every product category, a square social feed for partner brands and seasonal moments, and brand-partner banners composed separately for four slot sizes.

Around that sits work for product brands and sellers: a 1600×333 promotional strip for Neobreez baby gear, product graphics for Glitify’s zodiac-character phone cases, an animated jewelry offer banner, and a 15-second listing video for a personalized bedtime storybook.

02

Fashion, sportswear and accessories

Apparel and accessories sell on detail — how a garment fits, what a finish looks like, how a piece pairs with another. Static photography shows the object; it rarely shows the feel.

For a black-on-gray sportswear baselayer, we reduced the message to two slider scales — Fit, from fitted to loose, and Fabric, from rigid to stretch — and animated the dots to where the garment sits, in 21-, 10- and 6-second cuts for feed and stories. For jewelry, we fixed one price line in the center of a 1600×468 banner and let bracelets, rings and necklaces swap in pairs around it. For phone cases, the printed characters are the product, so every graphic is staged to show the artwork first.

03

Creative that keeps up with the sales calendar

Retail creative is planned backward from dates. BabyStore’s feed carried Back to School, Mother’s Day and summer posts alongside “Celebrate Mom”, “Fun in the Sun” and flash-sale banners; stores in the Gulf plan the same way around Ramadan, Eid and the November sales.

We map the calendar with you, build the templates before the first deadline, and then produce in batches per promotion — every size composed from the start, every piece checked in its real slot. When the system exists, a new sale is mostly choosing products and writing the offer.

  • One layout per placement type, reused across promotions.
  • A badge, button and headline style that never changes between sales.
  • Product cut-outs prepared once and reused across sizes and seasons.
04

From the banner to the store itself

Creative is only half of an online store. Our founder built BabyStore.ae on Shopify, and we design and build stores on Shopify, WordPress and Next.js — so the banners, product pages and checkout can be designed as one experience rather than handed between agencies. Store builds are scoped separately, as web design and development.

Process

How we work with retail teams

  1. Step 01

    Store audit

We look at your store, feed and marketplace listings and list every slot creative has to fill.

  2. Step 02

    Templates

Banner, post and story systems designed on real products, approved before production.

  3. Step 03

    Calendar

Promotions mapped against dates, with production booked ahead of each one.

  4. Step 04

    Batches

Each promotion produced across all its sizes at once, reviewed in place.

  5. Step 05

    Hand-off

Named files for every slot and editable sources your team can extend.

FAQ

Questions from retail brands

Do you work with small online stores, or only large retailers?

Both. Many retail projects start with a single campaign — a sale or a partner launch — and turn into monthly work once the system exists and new pieces get quicker to make.

Can you produce creative for us every week?

Yes, on a retainer: a fixed number of senior days each month, with requests logged and scheduled weekly. Retainer Light starts at $2,500 a month.

Do you design for marketplaces such as Amazon or Etsy?

Yes. Our portfolio includes a listing video for a personalized storybook and gig thumbnails for a marketplace freelancer, and our team has written and designed Amazon listing content. Each marketplace has its own image rules, and we follow them exactly.

Can you make our product photos look consistent?

Yes. We cut products out cleanly, add matching shadows and stage them on a consistent set of grounds, which is how a scooter and a tin of formula can share one BabyStore banner.

Do you build Shopify stores?

Yes. Our founder built BabyStore.ae on Shopify, and we also build on WordPress with WooCommerce and on Next.js. Store builds start from $6,000.

What does e-commerce creative cost?

Campaign and social design starts from $1,200; animated banners and product videos from $1,500. Steady monthly output usually suits a retainer, and every project is quoted after a free call.
