Healthcare design agency for calm, clear health and wellness creative

Health brands need creative that is warm without being vague and clear without being clinical. We have animated awareness-month campaigns, a fitness channel intro and a logo for a teeth-products brand — illustrated, legible and careful with the subject.

The problems

What makes health creative hard

Health and wellness brands face a narrower path than most: the creative has to reassure, inform and stay accurate at the same time.

  1. Clinical subjects feel cold

Hospital photography and stock imagery of patients make a message feel distant, exactly when it needs to feel human.

  2. Real patients are sensitive

Showing identifiable people with a condition raises consent and privacy questions that illustration avoids.

  3. Claims need approval

Medical and product claims come from you and your reviewers. The design has to work around approved copy, not invent its own.

  4. Audiences read differently

Older viewers, people with low vision and people in pain need large type, strong contrast and short lines.

  5. The dates do not move

Awareness months and health days are fixed, so campaigns are planned backward from a deadline that cannot slip.

In depth

01

Awareness campaigns: Spondyloarthritis and Pain Awareness Months

Two campaigns, one character style. “May is Spondyloarthritis Awareness Month” walks through flat-illustrated care scenes — a pharmacy, a hospital arrival, a reception desk, an X-ray, a consultation, rest at home, stretching — on a teal hexagon pattern. “September is Pain Awareness Month” moves to soft light blue, with treadmill, wheelchair, outdoor yoga and exercise-bike scenes.

The banners are very wide — 2048×838 cuts and a 2250×920 master — so the headline stays on a single line across the top, readable however far a placement stretches. Alongside the cuts we delivered alternate color versions and a 4502×1842 headline layer on chroma green, so the campaign could be recomposed for other placements.

02

Wellness and fitness: a channel that says what it covers

PXC — Prime Xciting Content — is a health and fitness channel, and its intro had to tell new viewers what they would find there. Over 16 seconds at 1920×1080, oversized orange type cuts between charcoal and white scenes that each name one theme: Fitness & Fat Loss, Motivational Stories, Health, Self-Perception. It closes on a held card with the PXC wordmark and the line “Stay Prime. Stay Xciting.”

For wellness creators and coaches, that is the brief in miniature: say what you cover, in your own type and color, before the first video starts.

03

Personal care: a mark that has to read twice

Snow White makes teeth products, and its logo combines a tooth-shaped S with a snowflake. Both had to read as the mark builds, on a dark ground and at social sizes. The animation draws the S as one continuous blue line, lands the snowflake, and lets WHITE, the ™ and the “Teeth Products” strapline settle last — delivered as a square reveal for social and two widescreen versions with drifting snow.

How we handle health content

We are designers, not clinicians, and we work that way. The facts and claims in a health campaign come from you and your medical or legal reviewers; our job is to make approved messages clear, calm and impossible to misread.

  • We design from approved copy and never add claims of our own.
  • Text contrast meets WCAG AA as a floor — at least 4.5:1 for body text.
  • Motion reads with the sound off, and captions can be added to any video.
  • Illustrated people instead of identifiable patients.
  • Review time is built into the schedule; in many markets, including the UAE, health advertising can need a regulator’s approval before it runs.

Process

How a health campaign runs

  1. Step 01

    Brief and date

The audience, the approved message and the fixed date, agreed on the first call.

  2. Step 02

    Style frames

Character style, palette and type on two or three scenes, checked for legibility.

  3. Step 03

    Review round

Storyboards go through your medical or legal review before any animation.

  4. Step 04

    Production

Animation and every size produced, with alternates for each placement.

  5. Step 05

    Delivery

Masters, cuts and layers delivered ahead of the date, with captions where needed.

FAQ

Questions from health and wellness brands

Can you design for regulated health brands?

Yes, with your compliance process in the loop. We work from approved claims, keep every draft versioned and leave time in the schedule for medical or legal review before anything runs.

Why illustration rather than photography?

Illustration keeps the tone calm, avoids showing real patients and lets one style cover every setting — from a pharmacy counter to an X-ray room — as it does in the awareness-month banners.

Do you create content for awareness months and health days?

Yes. We plan backward from the date, lock the message early and deliver with time to spare, because an awareness campaign that misses its month has missed its moment.

Do you work with fitness and wellness creators?

Yes. The PXC intro is for a health and fitness channel, and the same approach — your themes, your type, a short sting for every upload — suits coaches, studios and wellness brands.

Is your work accessible?

We design for legibility first: text contrast that meets WCAG AA as a floor, short on-screen lines and motion that reads without sound. Captions can be added to any video.

What does healthcare creative cost?

Motion work starts from $1,500, logo animation from $900 and campaign design from $1,200. Every project is quoted after a free call.
