Quebec’s Charter of the French Language, tightened by Bill 96, expects businesses serving Quebec customers to offer their commercial website in French, at least as fully as in any other language. We build bilingual sites with separate English and French pages, proper hreflang tags and a language switch that keeps visitors on the same page.
In Ontario, the AODA requires organizations with 50 or more employees to meet WCAG 2.0 AA; we build to WCAG 2.1 AA, which covers it. Privacy is covered by PIPEDA federally and by Quebec’s Law 25, which requires consent before tracking, and CASL governs the marketing emails your forms collect consent for.
