Next.js website for SoFlo Iguana Pros, iguana removal in South Florida

Most calls come from a homeowner with an iguana on the roof or burrows in the seawall who wants a price and a visit today, and from HOA boards and golf clubs that need scheduled service and paperwork. The site had to give both a fast way to reach the crew, show what the work costs before anyone calls, and be found by people searching in their own town across two counties.

1. 01Built a custom site in Next.js (App Router), self-hosted on Hostinger, in dark green and orange with real photos of the crew and truck, and a mega menu that splits services into iguana control and wildlife and birds, next to a menu of every city by county.
2. 02Made asking for a visit easy: a phone number and Free quote button in the header, a three-step request form (service, property details, contact) on the homepage and contact page, a separate proposal form for commercial clients, and Iggy, a chat assistant with quick questions on price, roofs, coverage and emergencies.
3. 03Put pricing in the open: a pricing page with four plans (single visits from $125, monthly control from $99, multi-day projects from $399 and custom commercial quotes) and what changes the price, plus a commercial section with its own menu for HOAs, golf clubs, property managers and hospitality.
4. 04Built for local search: 44 service-area pages for Palm Beach and Broward towns, each listing ZIP codes, neighborhoods and waterways, 44 matching commercial area pages, a Leaflet map with a pin for every city, 115 blog guides, a knowledge base of 196 answers in eight topics, and links to FWC, UF/IFAS, USGS and CDC sources. On phones, a bottom bar keeps Call and chat in reach.
