Custom Next.js site for North American Construction, Rutland, Vermont
A custom Next.js website for North American Construction LLC, a roofing, siding and remodeling contractor in Rutland, Vermont: nine service pages, a step-by-step free estimate request, six project case studies, a photo gallery, a service area page and a knowledge base of homeowner guides.
The problem
A new roof or a remodel is a large, rare purchase, and Vermont homeowners want to know who they are hiring before anyone climbs a ladder. The site had to explain each service plainly, show finished work around Rutland County, and make asking for a free estimate a short, guided step.
Our approach
- 01Built a custom site in Next.js, hosted on Vercel, in navy, white and red with heavy display headings, an aerial video behind the homepage headline and a fixed navigation bar with a Book Consultation button.
- 02Gave each trade its own page, nine in all (roofing, standing seam metal, asphalt shingle, eco-friendly roofing, siding, gutters, windows and doors, remodeling, general and commercial), each ending with a list of the codes, agencies and industry groups the work follows.
- 03Turned the estimate request into a multi-step form that starts with a choice of service, kept a contact form with project types for everything else, and backed both with proof: six project case studies that filter by trade, a photo gallery and a reviews page.
- 04Built for local search: a service area page listing 16 Rutland County towns, a knowledge base of 39 homeowner guides, an Insights blog, FAQ sections with matching structured data, and a homepage sources section citing Vermont contractor registration, the state energy code, the International Residential Code, ENERGY STAR and the EPA.
The results
A live site at northamericanconstructionllc.com with nine service pages, six project case studies, a 16-town service area page, 39 homeowner guides and 22 Insights articles.
