Animated banners for Spondyloarthritis and Pain Awareness Months
Wide animated banners for two awareness months. “May is Spondyloarthritis Awareness Month” walks through flat-illustrated care scenes on a teal hexagon pattern; “September is Pain Awareness Month” moves to light blue, with treadmill, wheelchair, outdoor yoga and exercise-bike scenes.
The problem
Medical subjects are easy to make clinical and cold. The banners had to keep a calm, friendly tone and still read at very wide proportions.
Our approach
- 01Told each banner as a short sequence of scenes (pharmacy, hospital arrival, reception, X-ray, consultation, home rest, stretching) with illustrated characters instead of stock photography.
- 02Kept the headline on one line across the top, so the awareness message stays readable however wide the placement.
- 03Gave each campaign its own ground (a teal hexagon texture for May, soft light blue for September), while the character style stays the same.
The results
Eight animated banners from 5 to 38 seconds: 2048×838 cuts, a 2250×920 master, alternate color versions and a 4502×1842 headline layer on chroma green.
