WordPress website for HelpMeExit, a timeshare exit company
A WordPress and Elementor website for HelpMeExit, a timeshare exit company with offices in Carlsbad, California and Las Vegas, Nevada: a lead form beside the hero headline, a three-step qualifying survey, a maintenance fee calculator that projects 30 years of costs, and a chat assistant on every page.
The problem
Timeshare owners looking for a way out are wary of upfront fees and resale promises. The site had to explain the exit process and how payment works in plain steps, let an owner check whether their case qualifies, and collect a name and number while the owner is still reading.
Our approach
- 01Built on WordPress with Elementor Pro and the Hello Biz theme, in navy, orange and soft blue, with a lead form beside the hero headline that asks for name, email and phone and offers separate opt-ins for marketing and service text messages.
- 02Kept the menu short and grouped: About (client reviews, how the company is different, who it is not), Our Process (the exit process, how cancellation works, a termination analysis), a Qualifying Survey, Resources (FAQ and a fee calculator), Contact and a blog, with dropdowns that open on click.
- 03Built the tools that turn readers into leads: a three-step qualifying survey that starts with the timeshare name and how current the owner is on fees, and a maintenance fee calculator with annual or monthly mode, an annual increase slider, 5, 10, 20 and 30-year totals, a detailed year-by-year view and a CSV download.
- 04Added a chat assistant on every page that runs through an n8n workflow, an A to Z glossary of timeshare terms, an FAQ grouped by topic, a standalone landing page with a with-and-without comparison, both office addresses in the footer, and Google Site Kit, Google Ads and Meta Pixel tracking.
The results
A live site at helpmeexit.com with 17 pages, a three-step qualifying survey, a 30-year maintenance fee calculator and more than 25 blog articles.
