Repair shop website for Western Highways Service Centers, Fresno
A WordPress website for Western Highways Service Centers, a Fresno, California shop that repairs cars, work vans, box trucks and fleets and inspects, repairs and recertifies truck-mounted attenuators (TMAs): 12 service pages, a page on the TMA brands it services, online scheduling and a call bar on phones.
The problem
The shop serves two kinds of customers: drivers who need brakes or an oil change this week, and fleet and traffic-safety crews who need a damaged TMA repaired and recertified with paperwork. The site had to speak to both, show which TMA brands the shop handles, and make booking or calling the next step on every screen.
Our approach
- 01Built on WordPress with Elementor Pro in black, orange and yellow, with condensed headings and a video of the shop yard at night behind the homepage headline.
- 02Kept the menu short (Services, Locations, About Us, Contact Us, Truck Parts, TMAs We Service) and laid out 12 service cards, from diagnostics and hydraulics to passenger vehicles and heavy-duty fleets, each linking to its own page.
- 03Built a TMAs We Service page that marks Valtir as an authorized dealer and Verdegro and Scorpion as sales and service only, lists what to send for a faster quote, and offers Request Service and Call Now; the homepage walks through four steps from intake to recertify and return.
- 04Made the next step easy: a Schedule Service button that opens a Shopmonkey online booking window, a Fresno location page with address, phone and email, a contact page with hours and a form, an FAQ page and a blog, plus a sticky call bar on phones.
The results
A live site at whtrucks.us with 12 service pages, a Fresno location page, an FAQ page and online scheduling through Shopmonkey.
